GMAS will be unavailable beginning at 6PM on Friday March 19th. This outage is to support the upcoming March 2022 release scheduled to be available by the start of business on Monday March 21st. GMAS will be unavailable beginning at 6PM on Friday October 29th. This outage is to support the upcoming November 2021 GMAS release scheduled to be available by the start of business on Monday November 1st. This release includes a few enhancements, bug fixes, and the creation of new request types.
Highlight of the changes in this release include:
Two new request types have been created for managing a project's research team.
GMAS will be unavailable starting at 7PM on Monday April 15th for a stabilization release. It will be available again no later than 8AM on Tuesday April 16th.
The stabilization release includes the following:
Refactoring of segment revision to prevent timeout errors on large projects
Default the IDC rate to null instead of 0% on the new budget entry screen for initial and competing renewals
Correction of a navigation issue from the edit budget screen to direct to the proposal homepage

Since the most recent GMAS 2.0 release in December 2015, the process for navigating between segments has changed. The new Segment Homepage features a segment chooser / drop down menu where all segments of a project are located; users can also see the status of a segment right from the segment chooser.
