There will be a GMAS release this weekend. GMAS will be unavailable starting at 7pm on Friday, May 19th and will be back online for the start of business Monday, May 22nd. 

This release includes a major upgrade to the Initial Proposal and Competing Renewal entry process and corresponding homepages. For more information about the enhancements, please visit:

Any Initial Proposals or Competing Renewals that are in an "Incomplete" status will be deleted during this release. Proposals that are "Under Development" will convert to the new entry process. A member of the GMAS team will be reaching out to individuals who have started proposals that are in an "Incomplete" status prior to the release to encourage deletion or progression of the proposal to an "Under development" status.

If you would like to know which of your proposals are in "Incomplete" status, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Requests in process" dashboard from the GMAS homepage
2. Filter the "Request types" to "New and Additional Funding" (make sure you click the search button after selecting the filters)
3. Sort by status and look for the "Initial Request" and "Competing Renewal" types

To avoid the requests being deleted, you must complete the request guided steps (steps are complete once you have navigated to the request homepage).
