Subrecipient Monitoring

A new panel called "Risk assessments" has been added to the GMAS External Organizations screen to support the transition of Subrecipient Monitoring from Microsoft Access Web Apps to GMAS.

OSP has presented on both of these topics at several venues throughout the University. The slides used for these presentations can be found here:https://gmas.fss.harvard.edu/files/gmas/files/osp_gmas_release.pptx

Other

There are several bugs that have been fixed with this release. Some of the fixes include:

  • Adding the disable tooltips back to the Edit GL budget buttons on the accounts list screen
  • Fixing an issue where proposals could not be deleted if there were associated subagreements (subagreements needed to be deleted first)
  • Correcting the Action Memo to show pending sub agreements correctly
