GMAS Unavailable July 30th, 2021 (starting at 6:00 pm) until the start of business on August 2nd, 2021 for August 2021 Release.

GMAS will be unavailable beginning at 6PM on Friday July 30th. This outage is to support the upcoming GMAS point release scheduled to be available by the start of Monday August 2nd. This August release includes a few enhancements, bug fixes, and screen conversions.

Highlight of the changes in this release include:

Conversion of multiple approval screens.
Retirement of the Biohazard approval.
An update to the date picker to follow the “MM/DD/YYYY” format
Fixed a bug where the status message was displaying incorrectly on international and cost sharing requests.

Some General Information to Note:

Users are likely to experience changes between old and new GMAS pages for some time, as the team converts and redesigns pages.

On the new GMAS screens, users will view some processes (i.e., confirmations) as pop ups on the same page instead of a separate page. Pop up blockers should not affect user's interaction with the system.
