How to Find Detailed Proposal Information

This page describes how to search for and find all grants associated with a PI.

Steps

1.    From the GMAS Homepage, click Advanced .

2.    On the Advanced Project Search screen,

a)    Check the ‘Active’ checkbox to search for only active projects

• You can also search for pending or closed projects by selecting those checkboxes. If you select none of the checkboxes, all projects will be searched, regardless of status.

b)    Enter the PI’s name
c)    Check the ‘PI’ box to indicate you want to search for all projects related to a specific PI.
d)    Click the “Lookup” button.
e)    In the window that opens, select the correct entry for the PI you are searching for.
f)    Click ‘Search’.
