  • Converted the view and edit for the foreign/overseas approval, added "Done" and "Needed" status as new options
  • Updated and simplified approval generation rules for all non-person approvals
    • All places in GMAS that generate approvals now follow the same rules (all requests and segment revision)
  • Retired GMAS to-dos for Human Subjects IRB, IACUC, and Admin salaries approvals (these to-dos appeared in the GMAS to-do list for PIs, no emails were ever sent)

Changes to Financial Deliverables

  • Deliverables with multiple email recipients will now send as one email to all recipients

  • Fixed an issue where deliverables associated to multiple receivables were duplicated in the list

Other changes

  • Added support for "Billing agreements"
    • Added a project type option for new proposals. This project type will not generate any person approvals (Conflict of interest, Participation agreement)
    • Added a funding instrument option in segment revision. This will force the fund type to be NE

  • Created backend support to identify university wide standing teams that will automatically stay up to date when new orgs are added

    • Any NE funds with a credit balance but no active accounts will still post interest to default Tub-level orgs
    • Object code 4531 is now included in the fund balance calculation
  • Updated the disable process - accounts that fail will now be set back to "Enabled" instead of "Ready to disable". This will allow the accounts to be edited if needed.

Technical changes

  • Updated the PrimeFaces UI library to version 7.0
  • Added HUID as a data element when loading root data from the Harvard Data Warehouse
  • Added automatic retry for interfaces using sftp to help prevent connection failures
