GMAS Release 1_52.3

GMAS release 1_52.3 is a bug fix release and will be available at the start of business on Thursday January 23, 2020

The following issues are being addressed:

The "submit to sponsor" modal dialog for initial proposals was incorrectly disabled if the button was clicked after scrolling the page.
Fixed an issue with OAR approvals getting created incorrectly by continuation requests.
Fixed an error when switching the project type from "Billing agreement" to "Basic research"
Updated the ESTR IRB approval...

GMAS release 1_52.2 is a bug fix release and will be available at the start of business on Friday, December 13th.

The following issues are being addressed:

Fixed an issue where carryforward revisions would fail if approval questions had not been answered in a prior segment.
Fixed an issue where person approvals were not being deleted when a person was removed from a proposal research team.

GMAS release 1_52 will be available at the start of business on Monday, November 18th.

GMAS/ESTR Integration

This release includes GMAS/ESTR integration for IRB approvals. IRB study details will be synced from the ESTR system not in GMAS. The links between IRB studies and GMAS projects happens in ESTR (GMAS link field). Through this linking, the IRB approval in GMAS will now show all ESTR statuses and high level study information.
