There are two GMAS report downloads intended to support the process of creating “Other support” documents.

• Active and pending projects: lists all projects where a person is on the research team in GMAS, and is available to all GMAS users.
• Other support and activities: expanded version of "Active and pending projects" that includes additional data from the OAIR and Agreements systems. Individuals can only get this report for themselves.

The following glossary includes terms that are used throughout GMAS (updated 7/23/15):                             

GMAS is supported by the Harvard University IT Administrative Technology Services team. During the course of a year, the team delivers systems releases that include enhancements, bug fixes, and technical upgrades. 

The team also delivers major projects funded by theIT Capital Review Board. Recent projects include the GMAS 2.0 Project and the Financial Invoicing and Reporting Strategic Transition (FIRST) project.
