GMAS release 1_54.2 is a minor enhancement and bug fix release and was made available on Friday July 31, 2020

Enhancements

• Added International to key info on Initial/Competing proposal and Segment pages, Initial/Competing proposal and International request signature modals, and the Segment home page
• Fixed display inconsistencies on International and Cost Sharing approvals
• Added "Form needs department review" action to the International approval
• Added Cost Share and International effective dates based on status changes, to the approval list screen
• Updated language, to make it more accurate, on confirm research team page
• Trash can icon is no longer displayed on accounts that are used on the cost share form
• International form now defaults responses from the prior form
• Added database logging for changes to International status from Admin Module
• Segment and Subagreements can no longer be deleted if they are associated to a cost share form
• Added new "Award request" Action to International and Cost Share Requests
• Updated description of database identifier for organization type

Bugs

• Signature modal for current request version displays subagreement from both current and prior versions of request, this was fixed so only the current subagreements display
• Subagreements move to "Pending Sponsor Approval" status when associated request is submitted to sponsor
• Fixed a bug which was causing the category to not populating after object code is entered on the cost share form
