GMAS Tip/Trick: Do you know how to put your approved sponsor budget into the different financial systems?

By entering your budget into GMAS via the GL Budget feature, the approved budget will be available in many financial applications, including, GMAS, HART, and PI Dashboard and help eliminate the need to re-open spreadsheets to find the approved budget.  The "Submitting GL budgets through GMAS" job aid will walk you through how to enter your budget and where to find it in these systems. GMAS unavailable starting at 9PM EST on Friday, March 8th

GMAS will be unavailable starting at 9PM EST on Friday, March 8th for a release. The system will be available again at the start of business on Monday, March 11th.

This release includes:

Converting the request signatures module to the new GMAS format, which includes:

  • A new converted and combined request signatures screen
  • A converted internal organization home page
  • A new process for setting required signatures
