GMAS will be unavailable starting at 6PM on Friday, February 24th for a release. The system will be unavailable through the weekend but will be available again at the start of business on Monday, February 27th. This release is in support of a major upgrade to the subagreements module in GMAS. The enhancements reflect goals to increase efficiency, improve transparency, and reduce reliance on email and other shadow systems in relation to the subagreement workflow. Some of the enhancements include:

• Ability to request draft subagreements and subamendments in GMAS instead of email
• New Sub dashboard that provides insight into outstanding drafts and their current status and assignment across a person's projects
• Ability to categorize documents associated with a request or segment and then associate those documents to a specific subrecipient allowing those documents to be visible from the subrecipient homepage (in addition to their originating repository)
• Ability to opt in and out of GMAS notifications related to the sub workflow at the subagreement and subamendment level and at the portfolio level
