GMAS unavailable starting at 6PM on Thursday, May 18th

GMAS will be unavailable starting at 6PM on Thursday, May 18th for a release. This release includes further enhancements and bug fixes related to subagreements, provides the ability to communicate directly in the application and delivers more technical upgrades.

Highlights of the changes in this release include:

Added ability to tag individuals and send notifications from comments
Added a notification option to rollback modal
Updates to sub & financial dashboards

GMAS will be available again as of the start of business on Friday, May 19th. For full release notes visit the May 2023 GMAS Release page.

We are excited about using this new tool and hope it will increase our communication with system users. The blog is intended to serve as a vehicle for educating users on GMAS topics. Blog posts will highlight new features, tools as well as ways to use the system.

Some General Information to Note:

Users are likely to experience changes between old and new GMAS pages for some time, as the team converts and redesigns pages.

On the new GMAS screens, users will view some processes (i.e., confirmations) as pop ups on the same page instead of a separate page. Pop up blockers should not affect user's interaction with the system.
